Spring has certainly sprung, but it sure feels like summer this week!!

Bryan Construction has gotten off to a great start this year and we would like to thank all our loyal customers!! We recently completed a beautiful renovation project at a local bed and breakfast and new projects already underway. We will be starting a new project on the River next week which include an Addition along the Canal with lots of glass and an Open Air Terrace above, Hardscaping, and Renovation of the Cozy Little Pub! I will be posting some images next week and possibly a little video as we lift the 8 Ton Backhoe up and over the building to our work site!! How do we do that you ask? With an 80 Ton Crane of course! Should be exciting!! Please check our website often as this project unfolds.

Happy Easter and Happy Passover!!

With the warmer than normal weather this winter, and the fact that we have flowers popping up everywhere, I am having those warming thoughts of Spring this February rather than in March! So with that said, I would like to offer some premature thoughts (or not so premature)!

Are you planning a Renovation, Addition, Pool House or Cabana, Outdoor Living Space, or a New Custom Home? If so, this this is the time to get the ball rolling if you want to enjoy your new space this summer! The planning process and aquiring permits can often be a lengthy one. It can take up to six weeks just to aquire your building permit. Prior to that, careful preparation and design will ensure a successful result you and your family can be proud of for years to come!! Planning, Design, and Estimates can also take another several weeks!

Bryan Construction, LLC, Gratefully serves the Bucks County, Montgomery County, Central New Jersey, Doylestown, PA and now the Main Line Area!! We can help you with your project from start to finish! Please call us now and get a head start!

Thank You,

David B. Soriano, President
