1740 House Bed and Breakfast on The Delaware

The 1740 House is a 24 room Bed and Breakfast Inn, nestled into a quaint village along the Delaware River located in Bucks County, PA. Our project consists of an addition to the dining and bar rooms and a renovation to the adjoining spaces. We will be fabricating new bar components in our woodshop and  then installing them on site. The design and craftsmanship will architecturally melt into the existing structure as if it was there for 200 years. There will also be an open air dining terrace on the second floor which promises to deliver a view of the Canal and River second to none as well as an outdoor living and dining area. Although this project has many challenges as seen in our photos, it’s a perfect fit for the expertise and integrity every client can expect from Bryan Construction.
