This is another whole building renovation that we did that comes with some neat history. This building is known as the “corn crib” and was built back in the 1700’s but the property itself dates back to 1682. Back in the olden days the farm that this building is on went from dairy farm to horse farm to even an exotic animal farm. Exotic animals such as elephants and giraffes were raised here to supply Christmas show productions in New York. The Corn Crib itself was originally built to store and dry ears of corn and then later was turned into a distillery to make lavender oil. Now it has been converted into a loft apartment. In the pictures you can see the before and afters.

Please include some details about your project such as whether it is indoor or outdoor, an addition or renovation, and your budget.
